Refund Policy:

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. Product: Hack Fix: If we are unable to resolve the issue with your hacked website, you are guaranteed a full refund.
  2. Incorrect Product Selection: If you have mistakenly chosen the wrong product, you must notify us within 12-24 hours of the purchase. We will correct the mistake and refund the price difference.
  3. Non-Delivery of Product or Service: If you do not receive a product or service within 31 days after providing all relevant information or after the initial meeting, you are eligible for a refund.

Exclusions:

No refunds will be provided for the following:

  • Email services
  • Domain registration
  • SSL Certificate
  • 1-Year Hosting Plan
  • WordPress Web Design
  • Backup services
  • Advanced Security services

Once delivered, these services are non-refundable.

Domain and Email Transfer:

Upon request, domain and email services can be transferred instead of refunded.
